My path to becoming a Certified Professional Canine Nutritionist and Holistic Pet Health Coach began with a lifelong passion for animals, inspired by my grandfather and father. Growing up, I witnessed the transformative power of care and rehabilitation in the animals we nurtured as a family. This foundation of compassion shaped my commitment to helping pets thrive through holistic practices.

My journey deepened with the personal experiences of caring for my beloved pets—Misty, Karlee, Kaila, Cooper, and now Kinsey, Kingston. Each of them taught me invaluable lessons about the bond we share with our animals and the importance of addressing their health challenges with a balanced, natural approach. When traditional solutions didn’t provide the answers I needed, I sought alternative methods, leading me to explore the world of holistic nutrition.

Through formal training and certifications, I’ve developed the skills and knowledge to create safe, effective nutritional plans tailored to the unique needs of each pet. My goal is to empower pet parents with practical tools and guidance, helping their companions lead healthier, happier lives.

Today, as the founder of KK’s Paws for Wellness, LLC, I combine science-backed nutrition strategies with a deep understanding of holistic wellness. Whether it’s through my personalized consultations, group sessions, or educational content, I’m committed to making a positive impact in the lives of pets and their families.

Owner of Dolce’s Legacy

My journey began with a profound loss that shaped my life and inspired me to create a legacy in honor of my “Heart Dog”. I wanted to provide others with the one thing I desperately needed during our toughest times—a touchstone of mot only holistic guidance but support and understanding. No one should feel as alone as we once did.

His loss sparked a passion within me to learn and grow, driving me to educate myself in every way I believed I had failed him. I returned to the Academy of Natural Health Sciences, where I dedicated (at that time) over 500 hours to studying nutrition for feline and canine health, along with additional studies in herbalism and homeopathy. I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Animal Health. To me, education is a lifelong journey, and I truly believe we should always be in a state of momentum, seeking to expand our knowledge and compassion for our furry companions.

My focus is particularly on those navigating hospice and palliative care for their pets. After my own experience with loss, I immersed myself in holistic nutrition and care, determined to empower others to take a proactive approach to their pets’ health. I’ve curated specialized Feline and Canine Concierge programs to support breeders, terminally ill pets, and anyone looking to provide the very best for their four-legged family members. It is my absolute honor to guide my clients through the process of nurturing healthy vitality while preparing for life’s inevitable transitions.
